Advertising in e-zines

This isn't a real fancy article about e-zines. It is simply my experience with them. I learned alot this week about electronic magazines-ezines-and their potential in helping my business. I spent some time looking for ones that pertain to a work at home business. I ran across the Directory of Ezines-the DOE. It is an outstanding tool in that you can find e-zines that run solo ads, free ads, and top, middle and bottom sponser ads, as well as almost any other info you need to know. The Doe . Of course you can find the same ones on Google, but it takes a lot longer. Anyway, I finally gave it a shot. I ran a solo ad in 2 different ones and the results were really good. I think the key is to find the right audience and the right ad. I also found out it's best to contact the e-zine owner to get his opinion about your ad, since he knows his readers better than you. If you have never tried it, I strongly suggest you give it a shot.
